Release notes
Videorc 0.9.146 Beta 1
Videorc posts to your Discord server when you go live, with a button for every place people can watch, and updates the post when you stop.
Tell your Discord when you go live
- Paste a Discord webhook in Livestream → Setup, and every public Go Live posts one message to that channel.
- The post shows your stream title and thumbnail with a button for each live destination, and gains buttons as more destinations come up.
- When you stop, the post turns into "Was live" with how long you streamed.
- It's free, and you choose whether it pings no one, @here or @everyone.
Discord go-live posts
In Livestream → Setup, open Discord and paste a webhook URL for the channel you want. While Announce when I go live is on, every public Go Live posts one message there under your name and avatar, with the stream title, the thumbnail and a link button for each destination that's live. Unlisted and private streams never post.
The post gains buttons as more destinations come up, and when you stop it turns into "Was live" with how long you streamed. Pick No ping, @here or @everyone; the default is No ping. You can turn off the small "Live with Videorc" footer.
