Kick chat no longer says "Reconnecting" forever when it can't connect; it tells you why. The Stream Manager also shows Kick subs, gifted subs, KICKs and bans, and a warning about a session that has already ended no longer lingers.
Kick chat says what's wrong, and shows subs and KICKs
- When Kick chat can't connect, the Stream Manager says why instead of "Reconnecting" forever.
- Kick subs, gifted subs, KICKs and bans show up in the Stream Manager.
- Kick viewers read "waiting" until Kick marks you live, instead of a made-up zero.
- A recording or stream warning goes away when the session ends.
Kick chat
If Kick chat can't connect, the Stream Manager used to say "Reconnecting" for the whole stream and never explain. After a few failed tries, it now tells you what is wrong: Videorc's chat relay is down, Kick refused the connection, or there is no internet connection. Videorc keeps retrying on its own either way.
The Stream Manager also shows more from Kick. New subs and renewals, gifted subs, KICKs and bans now land in chat and Activity next to follows. KICKs are listed one gift at a time. A ban with an end time reads as a timeout.
Until Kick marks your channel as live, the Kick viewer count reads "waiting" instead of showing zero viewers.
Warnings
A warning that a recording or stream is having trouble now disappears when the session ends. A late warning from an earlier session no longer shows up during the next one.
