Settings now has tabs across the top (General, Recording, Permissions, Shortcuts, Remote, Orcle and About), so you go straight to what you need instead of scrolling one long page.

Settings in tabs

  • Seven tabs across the top of Settings replace one long page.
  • Settings reopens on the tab you used last.
  • Search (⌘K) jumps straight to any Settings tab.
  • Update, FFmpeg and shortcut messages open the tab that fixes them.

Settings in tabs

Settings is split into seven tabs across the top: General, Recording, Permissions, Shortcuts, Remote, Orcle and About. Pick one and only that part of Settings shows, and the tabs stay in place while you scroll. The Shortcuts tab puts your global shortcuts next to every keyboard shortcut in Videorc.

Settings remembers the tab you used last. Search (⌘K) lists every tab, and the update notice in the sidebar, the FFmpeg warning in Studio and the message about a shortcut that could not be registered each open the tab that fixes them.

Animate scene changes is now under General.
