The Scene canvas shows the real picture

Composing a scene used to mean moving grey boxes and checking the preview window. The Scene tab now shows the live program picture, the same frames your recording gets, right in the canvas. Grab the camera or the screen and the real picture follows your pointer, with the selection frame and the eight resize handles drawn on the video itself. Let go and that is the scene.

Open the Scene tab and the preview docks into the canvas by itself. Prefer it floating? Pop it out from the footer and the canvas shows the schematic again; "Show live here" brings it back. A menu or dialog over the canvas pauses the live view for a moment and it returns when you close it.

Circle and Round work in Freeform

Choosing Circle or Round in a Freeform scene that started from Screen only, Camera only or Side-by-side saved the choice but kept drawing a rectangle. The bubble shape now applies in Freeform whichever layout you came from, and a Circle keeps its box square.

Orcle: the comment you are talking about

With live captions on, Orcle listens for the comment you are answering, pulls it up in the Stream Manager, and can put it on stream while you speak. Its automatic picks follow real rules now: one card at a time, never over a live card, never the same person twice in a row, and never an old message. Choose Off, "What I talk about", or "What I talk about and Orcle's picks" in the Orcle settings, and restore anything from "Answered on air".

Broadcast info is one form

The Livestream page showed a stack of metadata forms, one per platform, whether or not that platform was connected. Broadcast info is one form again: the global title, description and privacy on top, then a row for each connected destination that opens when you need it. Twitch category and language apply without turning on a custom title, and a custom title you switch off no longer lingers on screen.
