Videorc 0.9.102 Beta 1
Every Videorc window now sits on real macOS glass, with a calmer desktop layout, glass badges, and native menus and scrollbars.
Real glass in every window
- Studio, Chat, Captions, Notes and Preview all sit on real macOS window glass, and follow Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast.
- A calmer layout with flush panes, a quiet status bar with your shortcuts, and Record and Stream right above your session.
- Badges, status pills and key hints are glass, with colour only where it means something.
- Settings reads like System Settings, and text fields get the native Cut, Copy and Paste menu.
Real glass everywhere
Every Videorc window now uses the same material macOS apps use: real window glass that picks up the colour of what sits behind it, without letting anything behind it become readable. Chat, Captions, Notes and Preview stay dark in both themes, because they sit next to your video. If you turn on Reduce Transparency in System Settings, every window turns solid; Increase Contrast makes the glass denser and the edges stronger.
A calmer Studio
Pages are flush panes now, not stacks of cards. Record and Stream sit right above your session details in Studio's inspector, next to the inputs they use. A quiet status bar along the bottom shows your connection and recording state, with your shortcuts one click away.
Glass badges
Status pills, tags and key hints are small pieces of glass. Text stays neutral; colour appears only where it carries meaning: a green dot when something is healthy, amber when it needs a look, and red when you are on air or something failed.
Native touches
Settings is organised as grouped rows, like System Settings. Tabs are a glass segmented control that always marks the view you are on, including Setup and Upcoming in the Streaming tab. Text fields get the standard Cut, Copy and Paste menu with spelling suggestions. Scrollbars are the macOS overlay scrollbars. Buttons and labels no longer select like text on a web page.
