Release notes

Videorc 0.9.92 Beta 1

Every plan can now go live to up to five destinations at once - YouTube, Twitch, X, and custom RTMP - with no Premium upgrade required. Multistreaming runs entirely on your machine, so there was never a server bill behind it; Premium continues to fund cloud AI publishing, live captions, the live co-host, and higher single-destination streaming quality.

Multistreaming is now free for everyone

  • Multistream to up to five destinations on every plan, including the free studio.
  • The Premium lock on extra destinations is gone from the Live tab and the Go Live dialog.
  • Premium keeps cloud AI publishing, live captions, live co-host, and 1080p60 / 4K30 streaming.

Multistreaming is now free

  • Every plan can stream to up to five destinations at once. Enable YouTube, Twitch, X, and custom RTMP destinations side by side and go live to all of them from one session - no Premium account needed. Videorc sends each stream straight from your computer, so the only cost is your own upload bandwidth (roughly 6 Mbps per destination).
  • One encode, one shared quality. All destinations share a single encode, so a multistream session runs at the multistream-safe 1080p30 preset. That is the same quality the free plan already streamed at, so nothing is lost by adding destinations.
  • A plain limit, not an upsell. If you try to enable a sixth destination, the Live tab simply says "You can stream to up to 5 destinations at once." There is no upgrade prompt, because there is nothing to upgrade to.
  • What Premium still buys. Premium continues to fund the features with a real server bill or a hardware ceiling: cloud AI publishing (transcripts, titles, chapters, publish packs), live captions, the live co-host, and higher single-destination streaming quality (1080p60 and 4K30).
